Who is TourVilo for?

Travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies, visa consultants and travel startups. It suits teams who currently run quotations through spreadsheets and WhatsApp and want one place where every enquiry, document and payment lives.

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. TourVilo runs entirely in your web browser on desktop, tablet and phone. There is no native mobile app to download — the site is built to work on a phone screen.

Can my whole team use one account?

Each person gets their own login. Your plan sets how many staff accounts you can create, and the owner invites the rest. Sharing one login between several people is not permitted and makes the activity log meaningless.

What languages and currencies are supported?

The interface is in English. You can record quotations and bookings in any currency you choose — Sri Lankan Rupees, US Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Indian Rupees, Dirhams and Australian Dollars are built in. Subscription billing itself is in Sri Lankan Rupees.

How much does TourVilo cost?

There are three paid plans billed in Sri Lankan Rupees: Starter at LKR 7,900 per month, Growth at LKR 14,900 per month and Pro at LKR 29,900 per month. Paying yearly gives you twelve months for the price of ten. Full details are on the pricing page.

What is the difference between the plans?

The plans differ by how many staff accounts you get, how much document storage is included, and whether advanced reporting and white-labelling are enabled. Every plan includes the full CRM: leads, customers, itineraries, quotations, bookings and payments.

Can I change plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect once payment is verified. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until the period ends.

Is there a setup or cancellation fee?

No. There is no joining fee, no setup cost and no penalty for cancelling. You pay for the period you use and nothing else.

How long is the free trial?

Thirty days, with access to the full product. No payment card is required to start, so nothing can be charged when it ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view everything you created and export it. Nothing is deleted. Choosing a plan restores full access.

Is the trial limited in any way?

The only limit is document storage, capped at 750 MB during the trial. Every feature is available, and the work you do during the trial carries over when you subscribe.

How do I pay for my subscription?

By bank transfer. Your subscription page lists our account details, you transfer the amount and upload a photo or PDF of the slip, and we activate the plan once we have matched it against our bank statement. We aim to review every payment within one business day.

Do you accept credit cards?

Not yet. Card payments are on our roadmap, but today every subscription is settled by bank transfer. This also means we never store card details.

Will I be charged automatically each month?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no automatic renewal, because we hold no payment method on file. We email you before your period ends and you initiate the next transfer yourself.

Can I get a refund?

If you are within fourteen days of your first payment for a paid plan, we refund it in full on request. We also refund any billing error whenever you spot it. Renewal payments after that window and unused time on a plan you cancelled early are not refunded. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Do you send invoices?

Yes. Every approved payment is recorded against your account with the amount, date, plan and reference, and is visible in your payment history.

How does a lead become a booking?

Accepted Answer

You capture the enquiry as a lead, log follow-ups and reminders against it, and convert it to a customer when it is real. From there you build an itinerary, send a quotation, and convert the accepted quotation into a booking with payments tracked against it.

Can I build multi-day itineraries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The itinerary builder handles unlimited days, each with its own hotel, meals, transport, activities, inclusions and exclusions. Days can be reordered by dragging, and a finished itinerary can be reused as a template for the next customer.

Can I store passports and visa documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Documents attach to the customer or booking they belong to and are stored encrypted in private cloud storage. Only your workspace can open them. You remain responsible for holding traveller documents lawfully.

Can I put my own branding on quotations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your logo and agency details appear on quotations and printed documents. Removing TourVilo branding entirely is available on the Pro plan.

Does TourVilo have an API or website widgets?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. A REST API and embeddable booking widgets are actively being built but are not available today. We will announce them here when they ship rather than list them before they exist.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

In a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the AWS Singapore region, with uploaded documents in Cloudflare R2 private buckets. Transactional email goes through Brevo in the EU, and the application is served by Vercel.

Can other agencies see my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Every record carries the identity of the agency that owns it, and the database enforces that boundary with row-level security on every table, not just in application code. A query for another agency's data returns nothing.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is on by default. Signing in from a new device sends a six-digit code to your email that you must enter to continue. Once verified, that device stays trusted for twenty days so you are not asked every time.

Can I export my data?

Yes, at any time, including on an expired plan. Your data belongs to you and we do not hold it hostage.

What happens to my data if I close my account?

Tell us and we delete your workspace and its documents within thirty days. Backups roll off within a further thirty days. We keep only the records we are legally required to retain, such as payment history for tax purposes.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No. Your customer records are never used to train any model, and are never sold or shared with advertisers.

How do I report a security problem?

Email security@tourvilo.com with the details. We acknowledge reports within two business days and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow the responsible disclosure terms on our security page.
